Technology, it is the biggest thing in the world every thing we use is technology and technology is rapidly changing, every few months there is a new piece of technology that can do something that has never been done. Is technology a good thing or a bad thing? well it is both technology helps us with many things it can teach things easily it helps us in war and helps keep our every day life in order but the very reasons we use it can be a bad thing we started to become addicted and we rely on it we are taken away from the real world and if the technology isn't working we start to panic and with that addiction we lose our ability to talk to people face to face. everything that we used to do on our own is lost because it is all in technology.

In the future medical science will so far advanced if we continue at the pace we are going soon we will be able to cure cancer and have cures to STD's and with our far advanced we will create more medicine and we could probably be able to clone a internal organ to help people who need kidneys and hearts this would decrease the death rate in the world but that is also bad because then we would have less people dying and more people being born so the world would be over-populated so medical science would have to be limited.

This how i see the future, huge, shiny, and more advanced this is the future that we should be heading for by this would never be with everything that is going on with the world anything new in this world would be use in some way for some crime and the world deeper into chaos. this picture represents a utopian society everything seems perfect and the people looking at the city but with our way of life if we look at this city we will see a perfect city but inside it would be corrupted.

Response: I feel that the poem is saying that somewhere in the future will be someone all knowing and everyone wants to learn from him but he only teaches people who are worthy, i don't think that would happen as the years go by we use technology more and more and so the human race will start to become lazy and we will let technology take over everything and we will do nothing we will then eventually become stupid and the only thing that will be all knowing will the machines that we program to be all knowing. 


I think that this person still believes in the human race they think that the human race will become smarter but i think it will be the opposite.
